Firebird Bodyworks is located on the second floor of the Kula Center, sharing space with a community of wellness practitioners, therapists, a float spa, & yoga studio. Once you arrive to the Kula Center you will park in the parking lot designated for the center around back of the building.

You will need to text me when you arrive and I will come down to greet you at the side door. There are restrooms and showers on the first floor and restrooms on the second floor as well.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out paperwork and for initial intake. Late arrivals will have intake time factored in to their session duration.

  • Upon your arrival to The Kula Center you will find a parking lot at the back of the building. I ask that you please text me upon your arrival as the side door entrance will be locked. I will then come downstairs to greet you at the side door. I will always ask if you need to visit the restroom before your session.

  • Masks will now be optional as of January 1, 2023. This is subject to change as per state mandates or CDC guidelines.

  • All major credit cards and/or cash payments are accepted. Firebird Bodyworks is also HSA/ FSA card compatible. Unfortunately there is no billing through insurance at this time.

  • For your session you may undress to your comfort level. You will always be appropriately draped with a sheet. Feel free to discuss this with your therapist when checking in.


    If you are booking a THAI MASSAGE please wear loose comfortable clothing as you will remain dressed during your session.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Firebird Bodyworks enforces a cancellation policy. I ask that you respect my time just as I respect yours. In the event of cancellation, I require 24-hour notice. Without proper notice, therapist reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.  Any client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment.

REASONS YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PENALTY
  • Personal fever within the last 24 hours
  • Contact with someone who has had a fever within the last 24 hours (kids included)
  • Persistent cough/shortness of breath
  • Flu-like symptoms/vomiting
  • SEVERE "allergy-like" symptoms that aren't diminishing with medication

FIREBIRD BODYWORKS WELLNESS PROTOCOLS
  • Hand & foot washing and sanitizing upon arrival and before and after every treatment.
  • Used linens will be stored in a closed bag.
  • ALL surfaces will be treated with disinfectant before and after each client.
  • Treatment room will be continuously running a HEPA filter to aid in improving air quality and destroying free radicals.
